Key registration to record and track all key codes in your facility. Lock-out station contains :

• six (6) 410 red Xenoy padlocks.
• one (1) 420 hasps.
• one (1) 427 snap-on Hasp.
• one (1) 487 small rotating electrical plug lockout.
• one (1) 488 large rotating electrical plug lockout.
• one (1) 491B tall or wide circuit breaker lockout.
• one (1) 493B single or double toggle lockout.
• two (2) 496B wall switch covers.
• two (2) bags of the 497A tags (12 tags per bag).

• one (1) each of the 480, 481 and 482 gate valve lockouts
• two (2) 468L ball valve lockouts
• two (2) bags of the 497A tags (12 tags per bag)
